After working for a different company that screwed me out of so much money, who lied to me, and act like my complaints were just a bother to them, ultimately not doing nothing about any of it, coming to work for this company has been a blessing . They are fair in pay, they do what they say their going to do, you get the bonuses they say your going to get, they work with you to solve any issues you may have. HR is patient and understanding, and they work well together as well as with you. This company is decent in my book and im happy to be working here. It will be 1 year next month.

There is bad communication, I can call tell them early in the week to schedule what day that I need them the aides are either late, or they don't have someone scheduled. Tell me they are short handed, and that is why they have a communication problem. I can not see how being short hand can cause a communication problem. I would not recommend their service
