Great nursing facility such as Wheatland Nursing Center doesn’t become a highly rated center without its compassionate, empathetic, person-centered care, a safe and comfortable environment, with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practices. Any time we come to visit, the facility is clean and well-maintained. They have a variety of social activities, events, and opportunities for residents to stay engaged. No wonder it has gone from 1-star to 5-star facility due to all the incredible skilled and attentive staff members. I truly cannot say enough good things about all the staff members at Wheatland and the way they care for my mother-in-law and its residents. Thank you!

I can't say enough about the staff at Wheatland. They are skilled and well-trained but mostly, they show my mother (and other residents) respect and empathy. The facility is clean and well-kept. There are many activities to keep the residents engaged. The meals are nutritious. ALL the staff answered my questions and showed me respect, too. I am thankful that my mom is cared for so well.
