Yes. Westlake and it's staff are great. Roy and Ed are two excellent employees who multitask on their job. To get it done they go above and beyond to help a patient feel seen and heard! I recommend them both anywhere at any new positions in their lives! SM 💙 💫 💙

*****DO NOT TAKE YOUR KINSHIP HERE***** THE HEAD OF THE BEAST IS AILEEN SHE SITS IN HER OFFICE ALL DAY MAKING THE RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES LIFE MISERABLE!!! If I could give a negative zero I WOULD!!! They have a SCABIES INFESTATION AND THE RESIDENTS ARE NOT BEING ATTENDED TO PROPERLY… some of them have been hospitalized!! The CNA are bland they don’t have a care except for their paycheck hours!! GUYLEEN JOSPH IS THE HEAD NURSE very competent but VERY NON CHALANT AND UNCARING. She only cares how thing look when you in her face… then everything goes back to laxxxy daisy. Not my problem attitude!!!! KYLE HUNTE.. the social worker doesn’t have a clue about social work, speaking to families transfers… anything in his job description.. HE THINKS HE IS A PSYCHOLOGIST working at Miami seaquarium.. just as lost as the dolphins when they are captured. Doesn’t return email, phone calls and doesn’t have a care in the world for patients.. he favorite words are “ YOU WOULD HAVE TO, because it’s usually done by the family”. How the hell do we as a family come in here and listen to crap from these incompetent individuals? I ask myself this all the time. Lastly they will CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT ON THE FAMILY VOICING THEIR CONCERNS——->> but “WILL NOT” call THE AMBULANCE for a patient that is in distress at the request of the concerned family members.. MANY COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE STATE! This man lied on the floor helplessly for hours. We complained and watched staff step over him and say OH HE IS ALRIGHT!

This place is awful with customer service, They don’t know how to follow protocol with additional family members. The African lady with broken English shut me down without getting my name or my family member that resides. She told us to call police

This Rehab is horrible!!! I'm sure many people who have loved ones can agree. It's worse than jail. West Lake kept my mother here for over a month, just so they can make money with her Insurance policy. The food is garbage and all the nurses are rude. It's terrible how these people take advantage of sick elderly people. Don't believe the fake good reviews.

I went to the facility for a physical therapy. The physical therapy went well. The physical therapists wer excellent. I was very happy. However, when it was over. They kept telling me. I had to wait to be discharged. They said there was a lot of paperwork to be done. I was there 3 weeks. After my physical therapy ended I kept getting. Run around about paperwork That needed to be done. Was told by numerous people. It does not take that long. I feel like they were milking the insurance company. And I will and I was paying the price by staying here. Not to mention the insurance company. If you're not insane, you will be before You leave. Most of the patients are psychiatric. Don't send anyone here that you love.
