My brother was a resident at Westgate for 3 1/2 months. The care he received there was phenomenal. Every staff member there treated him with love care and respect just as if he was a family member. Even at his death he was treated with such respect and dignity.

This was my first visit at Westgate. My brother is an Alzheimer’s patient and resident. Overall, my experience was very positive. The first thing I noticed was that the center looked and smelled very clean. My brother seemed comfortable and well taken care of. The workers were pleasant and efficient. I felt at peace having my loved one here.

The staff at Westgate are amazing. They provide the best dementia care in the whole area. They are kind, calm and respectrul of the dignity of every resident in their care. They always made me feel welcome and appreciated when I visited my husband there. It was a blessing that he was able to go to Westgate when i could no longer care for him. Words cannot express how grateful I am for their dedication and hard work. Five stars aren't enough for these angels of mercy.

In April 2024, my father was a patient at Westgate for rehab following surgery. My father and I were very happy with the care he received during his 12 day stay. The staff were caring and very attentive to his needs . Physical, occupational and speech therapy worked with my father to prepare him to go home safely. Social services were fantastic and organized an array of rehab services for home care to continue the progress he made at Westgate. I would recommend Westgate for anyone who needs rehab therapy.
