I am very pleased and thankful to nursing staff and a big shout out to Jerome amazing going above and beyond to assist residents social service team are always on time in addressing any and or all concerns .So thank you western for being the team you are assisting my partner .

👵🏿This place is staffed with some of the best, outstanding, and hardworking nurses in the city of Angels. These awesome, caring, and experienced nurses keep your nursing facility fully functioning for the wellbeing, welfare, care, and support of your elderly/disabled convalescent patients. This convalescent home just so happened to be home to the Guinness of world record’s title holder, as the oldest person in US history who died on 11 Sep 2009, AKA 911 anniversary🙏🏿. The one and only legend herself, Mrs. Gertrude Baines. She lived to be 115 years old and she was well taken care of by nurses and staff at this facility. She lived to vote for the 44th 🇺🇸President, Barack Obama which was a monumental moment in US history. I'd like to give it up to the administrator of this building. She is compassionate and cares deeply for the residents here. Every concern brought to her gets a great solution. The staff works hard to make sure every resident is recieving optimal care. I've walked through the building and everyone greats me. I've seen great bedside care from the nurses. Residents have told me that some of the nurses are "ambassadors of this facility!" I look forward to see the phenomal experiences continue.

I don't know what place some of these comments are about but my wife Mitze Levi is there now and this place is more than excellent! Clean( no urine smell) Drs, sweet nurses,good food,daily activities, Thanksgiving they made Turkey dinner and invited the family. My wife is there rehabing hip and the physical therapist is the sweetest,dedicated person I have ever known. He's determined she's gonna walk again. They are even having a dentist make a mold for her dentures. Everyone at that place is friendly, professional and goes beyond being patient. This is The Best Convelssant Rehap place I have EVER seen! And I haven't even seen the 2d floor yet!
