DO NOT put your loved ones here. My sister was bedridden after 2 strokes there and required feedings. She developed a bed sore on her behind that was so severe that it went to the bone. She was sent to the hospital where I learned her muscles had tightened due to not being fed. Horrible place with non-caring staff.

Do not put your family member here! They do not take care of the patients . They don’t give their medication like it’s supposed! I had my mother removed from this place and I have reported it!! If I could give it a negative stars I would!! Please this place needs to be shut down!!

Honestly I wonder how is this place still open. No one has answers, cna's are super lazy, the nurse's will not do anything other than pass out medicine lol. Is there a DON or Administrator? I leave all types of messages (dont return phone calls), setup appointments (they don't show up)... please dont choose this place for your loved ones!!! They dont deserve 1 star....
