My mother resides at Westhaven and I appreciate the care she is given, and the attention to her needs that are provided by the staff. The place is clean and the nursing staff is very attentive. I recommend this facility for short or long term care.

I recently toured the facility and was assisted by an employee named Ana Flores. During what has been a stressful time, searching for the right place, Ana truly stood out. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated how she gave me the run down of the daily life at West Haven Healthcare Center, it gave me a clear and comforting picture of what to expect. Her warm and welcoming personality made a lasting impression!
