Weiser Care of Cascadia recently helped with the transition of an elderly patient at the request of the resident’s son, and the experience was excellent. The admission process was smooth and well organized, and the staff made everything very easy during what can be a stressful time. Since the move, the resident has been happy with both the living conditions and the quality of care being provided. We appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and support from the entire team.

The worst place you could ever put a loved one! The beds are old, mattress is probably not up to code, the bed control was backwards ( up was down and down was up) they never and I mean never rotate bed bound, never give meds on time, do not answer call button ( took his call button and tied it to the dressers so he couldn't use it.) Moved a person out of the bed next to us and moved a new man in without changing bedding. Just dropped his food on the table and left he wasn't able to feed himself. Dirty as heck my shoes stuck to the floor, janitors are also cooks that delivered food in dirty street clothes. They had a outlet strip pluged in and his cup he spilled missed it by inches. I didn't see anyone washing hands just taking off gloves and leaving the room, never washed hand entering the room. Don't offer water or ice have to ask. This place needs shut down!

If you love your loved ones then DO NOT put them in here. If you dont care they sit in a wheelchair all day then this is the place to take them. Soiled diapers or sitting in crappie diapers is not caring for them at all. This was by far no help for my grandma while being in the rehab for 24 days. We were told she could walk and that is a absolute lie. She cant stand, walk or anything. We have now removed her and brought her home where we can have in home care for her.

The short stay I had at WEISER CARE OF Cascadia was very pleasant and couldn't have asked for a nicer group of CNA 'S to care for me and The Therapy department was a great group of people. All the staff was pleasant and on top of their jobs . Always had great meals. I would recommend this facility for a nice place to get better.
