Worst company please please look elsewhere. This company has absolutely NO accountability at all. My son's aide on more than 1 occasion didnt arrive at scheduled time nor communicated when I reached out. The office nurse staff Yvonne blamed me and said I was just upset since I wanted my sis n law to be hired to do my son's sessions. She LIED to me and told me my sis n law could only split the hours since shes family and her partner Nicole can't know that my sis n law is related and at the end that if my case worker found out my son could lose Services. Well after sharing everything with proof to my case worker they are very upset at the lies I was told. My sis n law can be my son's full aide its whom I chose to do the services. They are being looked into for all of this and the recorded proof I have of everything. Please BEEARE of this company. Chose better for your loved ones.

Unfair home Care I have had this company now for approximately 2 months I am very unhappy with the professionalism and the courtesy of the office staff I was lied to several occasions no show appointments no courtesy calls no follow-ups no return phone calls. I have a caretaker 4 hours a day in the morning 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon 5 days a week. The scheduled to have a colonoscopy you can't go there by yourself you have to have someone with you they've known that for a week. And the day before my appointment for a colonoscopy the office manager Nicole told me she would call me at 4:00 this is around 12:00 noon. So I started to prep for the procedure drinking that cleanser that makes you use the bathroom. Will at 4:00 no call left a message called again 5:00 left a message called again at 6:00 left a message never got a callback. I have drank all that drink you're supposed to drink that cleans you out. I reported it to my case manager. She called Nicole's office and talk to Nicole and told my case manager she was working on it. At 8:30 I get a phone call from Nicole who was very rude. Needless to say I had to cancel my colonoscopy and I'm going to end my services with that company I'm tired of being lied to and swept under the rug and the excuses that they gave me. I have lost trust due to their unprofessionalism and the quality. I'm a Christian man and I believe it's time to move on to a better trustworthy company.
