The shoulder electric pulse therapy at Waylands Rehab went well but, since I did not always follow up daily with the recommended exercise, it was not long lasting nor tolally effective. I would expect more hands on supervised exercise would be more effective. Therefore, I would recommend revising that program.

The staff is very patient oriented on top of performance of process. the therapy team is exceptional, working with me individually and pushing me where I needed it.

My father had a temporary stay of 2 weeks- absolutely no complaints! The staff was positively wonderful. They showed tremendous care and my father and I both felt heard. *****Special thanks and gratitude to Sherry W., Phyllis E., Bobby L. & Rebecca J. LOVING THE NEWLY PAVED PARKING LOT BY THE WAY! I made a post on my Facebook page Feel free to visit but this is what I said So Today was the best Valentines Day I've had in forever My Aunt Peggy and I went to see my mom in her new place Wayland Nursing Home in Keysville,VA and it is a wonderful place You know how you visit your loved one is some facilities and you can just tell they are doing because it's a job and they are waiting till they get off work and go home Well that isn't this place These people love their job and the residents and make them feel loved They had a Valentines Party and we went it was lovely I even sang a song for them Love me tender by Elvis Here are some pictures and a short video I truly feel this is the perfect place for my mother and we are truly blessed that we could get her here Thank you Chrystie Denise O'Carroll

15 years of being a nurse and working in long-term care settings, I have never seen staff that are more caring for their residents. The Therapy gym is absolutely beautiful and amazing. I honestly can’t say enough about the people who work here. They truly care about people.
