I, like many, agree...run. When dealing with the center it is clear that they openly admit they are confused on everything. From how my spouse was transferred there, to pick up/drop off times, that they needed to do his laundry, therapy, sending in a doctor to address open wounds, etc. There are NO room phones included in the stay, bring your own. Food, if you get any, is lacking. Rooms are small and dated. They have, in a round about way, indicated to me that they have a line of lawsuits. Telling. Why they admit that is mind boggling. Check into the state findings as far as receivership, violations and fines. With any hope all state funding will be pulled. There's a reason they only have 1/2 capacity. Employee turn over is off the charts. Think before you send anyone there.

My grandmother has been here, and every time I’ve come to visit I’ve had a good experience. The staff have always been kind and welcoming, and they treat my grandmother with respect. The facility is clean, and it feels like the employees genuinely care about the residents. Knowing she’s in a place where people are attentive and compassionate gives our family peace of mind. I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for her and would definitely recommend this facility.

I am only being honest . We had some issues and I did reach out to a staff Benny and he has made a big difference but in places I feel there is never reviews on the good staff . Well my sister Brenda has had extreme health issues and they will be getting better however when I go see my sister Brenda there is a cna there that needs a award and I mean she is absolutely caring and loving CNA and I don’t want it to go unnoticed her name is sister . Thank you for taking care of my sister Brenda so well we truly appreciate you.i did forget to mention a nurse when I saw my sister at hospital tonight she told me I need to mention a nurse named Eunice and she said she always make sure she gets her blood sugar checked and meds on time so I also want to tell her Thank you also and let her she we appreciate her as well ..
