My wife started having dementia about five years ago. She began to have a lot of trouble finding the words that she wanted to use in conversation. She started staying in her room almost all the time and only came out to eat. Her social activities declined and she didn’t want to go anywhere. I registered her at Watercrest on May 15. She has been there almost 90 days and I have seen great improvements in her life. The main thing is that she seems to be very happy. Period she has breakfast lunch and dinner with about eight women. And they talk about everything. She is walking a lot now and is improved her stride and her disposition. I have seen her helping people down the hall pushing a wheelchair.. Sometimes she helps people find their room. I told her if she gets much better, they may kick her out. We are very very pleased with the service that we received there and I would recommend it to anyone.
