Walker Rehabilitation Center, Inc is a privately owned, Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility in Carbon Hill, Alabama, accommodating fifty-nine residents for short-term rehabilitation or long-term residential stays.

The facility provides direct care through a team of RNs, LPNs, medication technicians, and CNAs, with weekly visits from a nurse practitioner. In-house skilled therapy services are delivered by a physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist. A wound care physician works with the treatment nurse to serve residents requiring wound care services. A medical social worker oversees resident wellbeing, and a registered dietician customizes diverse menus based on resident input and dietary needs.
