My mother has been there for a year and it has been a nightmare. The best thing about this place is the food. Unreported falls ended up being a hairline fracture in her back. Always short staffed . There a few employees that really care about the residents but. They have left.

This is the BEST place for memory care around here! The manager, staff, activities director are amazing. They are caring and kind and I don’t have to worry because I know my mom is getting excellent care. My mom has lived in 3 OTHER places where she has been left on the floor for hours after a fall, gotten a pressure wound that led to bone infection, and even had staff fall asleep on the job - literally. So I know what I’m talking about. Vista Prado is small enough that every staff member knows each client and cares for them like family. But they are big enough to have a variety of activities such as games, music, special meals and parties. But the best part is knowing my mom will be taken care of and they will make sure I know what’s going on.

My mother is happy, well cared for and very well fed at Vista Prado. She loves the daily activities from Bingo to classic movies and truly enjoys the in-house chef prepared meals. The staff is friendly, knows everyone by name and that includes the family members. Several of the staff members have gone above my expectations with their help and assistance regarding my mother's transition. The facility is always clean, the rooms are spacious and one never walks in without a smiling face to greet them. Thank you from her son and daughter!

I am inspired by the staff at Vista Prado. They continuously maintain a positive attitude, even in the most challenging of situations. They have shown a sincere compassion for care of those living with Alzheimer’s and its many forms of dementia….and at all times, I find that they conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. I have watched as they approach and interact with residents through tenderness and respect. They are helping my partner to build a life of joy and dignity while living with Alzheimer’s. My hope is that together, with their expertise and skill, we shall lead my partner from his darkness into his very own light. I applaud the efforts of Tedra, Jasmine, Daniel, Samantha, and all the unsung heroes at Vista Prado who each day enrich the lives of all the residents there.

Andrew at Vista Prado is a great client. He called us for service on his walk-in and hood. He communicated his expectations and we worked with him to deliver a satisfactory service that he will be happy with for a long time.
