I would stay that this company and it's employees are the best, caring understanding, great listeners and compassionate. I would recommend your company to anyone that needs hospice care. I would love to thank Jody, one of the greatest nurse that I have ever met. She is wonderful. If you need someone to care for your love ones in there time of need, she is it. I also want to say the same about Bailey. These to women not only cared about my father but also cared about me as a caregiver and person. Jody and Bailey with out you two I don't think I would have been able to properly care for my dad. I got to know them as not just nurse's but as caring friends I felt like I was part of there family, and I don't want to lose that. Also the hole team was great.

My husband started with the VN section of this care group and we had the most positive experience. Our Nurse Kyle was all we could hope for as well as our PT Danielle. Then he had to move to hospice care. Our experience once again was just what we needed. I can’t thank the Nurses and CNA enough for the absolute perfection of support and care til his last day.

My mother died at home on June 17, 2025 with her family by her side. She was 98 years old. For the last 1 and ½ years of her life she received the services of Visiting Nurse Home and Hospice of Middletown, Rhode Island. She suffered from kidney failure, congestive heart failure, and post polio syndrome among other elderly ailments. She could not walk for these last years of her life. Despite these challenges, my mother was bright and engaging and also a bit stubborn. The visits from the nurses, CNAs, chaplains and those on the other end of the phone line gave her the support she needed to live out her last days feeling safe and dignified, It is never easy to sign up for hospice but the care my mom received was the best. We had a few nurses but _____ became my mother’s trusted friend. My mother looked forward to her visits and every problem that arose was listened to with compassion and the doctor was contacted if necessary. Our family greatly thanks ________ for the love, care and counsel she provided my mom as well as the support for myself and other family members. The CNAs were gentle and kind and respected my mother and her wants and needs. Most especially ____. A visit from her was a treat. She was so prompt, reliable, and caring. She listened to my mom when we were tired of listening to her. Our family greatly thanks ______ and the other CNAs for their kindness and care. Everytime I called Visiting Nurse Home and Hospice either during business hours or in the evening or on weekends we got prompt service. Prescriptions were quickly called into the pharmacy and it was a stress-free and attentive process. Dr. _____ was easily reached by the nurses. There was never a time we felt that our needs were not being listened to and addressed promptly. We had a few visited from the chaplain and we appreciate his visits. Also, I was contacted by the social worker and felt supported by her as well. At the end of my mom’s life a nurse visited that morning. With the assistance of the fire department (the nurse’s suggestion) we moved her from her recliner to the hospital bed. She died peacefully that afternoon. All during the day I was communicating with VNHH offices and nurses and felt very prepared and supported. I am grateful to Visiting Nurse Home and Hospice for supporting our family and helping my mom die in the safety and comfort of her own home. It was their care that made this possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend this agency.
