I was in a pinch with needing 24/7 care for my aunt. It was 11am when I called visiting angels and spoke to Steve. I was in a panic needing someone by 3pm, Steve made it happen. He found me coverage. He had a HHA at my Aunts house by 2pm ready to move in. I cannot say enough about the amazing care provided by Lucy. She has gone above and beyond and provided exceptional care. I highly recommend Visiting Angels! 10/10 rating!!

I am so grateful for the compassionate care my family member received. Visiting Angels was reliable, helpful, and communicative. Steve and his team are formidable! He and Donna are responsive, every single text receives a considered response, my emergency requests for coverage - answered in the affirmative! Mom is two hours away, Josephine is my eyes and ears, she has unlimited patience and contagious positivity. I've told her that she is part of the family whether she likes it or not. Together they combine to relieve the worry, the guilt and to brighten mom's day. Thank you Steve.

When I suddenly needed to arrange care for my elderly mom, I reached out to Visiting Angels. I found them to be caring and professional, answering all my questions and providing me with options that perfectly fit my mom’s needs. Donna, mom’s caregiver, has become her “angel.” Donna is dependable, caring, trustworthy, and a friend; someone Mom looks forward to seeing every day. She arrives on time every morning and this gives me security knowing that Mom is in kind and capable hands. I am grateful to Visiting Angels for sending Donna to be a vital part of Mom’s life.

My mom has enjoyed the care of Visiting Angels. Moreover, as an unwitting primary caregiver, I feel so supported by the agency and the individual aides - particularly Arlene and Sharon. They treat my mom like she is a member of their family and make sure that she is comfortable and entertained even after their visits. They are also very trustworthy and have shown expert initiative during in-home work and while taking my mom to medical appointments.
