I was given Visiting Angels from a family memeber who had used them for some time and loved them. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my mom received from the Visiting Angel Team. The owner Aakefa, was incredibly attentive, always returning calls promptly or answeing at the time of the call. Every staff member we worked with was wonderful, and my mom especially appreciated the kind and helpful aides who supported her daily. I highly recommend visiting Angels to anyone seeking a compassionate, reliable care for their loved ones.

This is the worst senior care I have ever heard of. The home health aids were all rude, not doing what they were supposed to do, and were mean to my grandma. The audacity of the aid to refuse to tidy up my grandma’s apartment is despicable. Our family has been through 7 aids and they have been worse and worse after another.

Aakefa the owner is AMAZING!!! Whether I called/texted her late at night or in the early hours of the morning she was always so accommodating, comforting and responsive. We attempted to transfer my father to a facility and thought we no longer needed her services however, it wasn’t the right fit and we needed to get him home ASAP. She arranged someone to be at the house within minutes!!! The aids were wonderful as well (we had 3 different ladies). They were always timely and soo attentive. One particular aid Sandra cleaned, changed, and talked to my father just as if we were doing it ourselves. I cannot thank Aekefa and Visiting Angels enough for being there at such a difficult time for my family!
