I know I'm not required to do this and am fulling rating this company fully on my own, I have been working for Visiting Angels for a little over a year now and have to say this is the best company I have ever worked for. They have been more than just a work place, the people in this office have went over and beyond and surpassed what I expected for an employer. From day one at my orientation they made me feel like I was apart of a family (the good kind that you actually love spending time with) and I will continue to work hard for this company and our clients. I just want to thank each individual here for everything you guys do. You guys are absolutely amazing!

We have utilized the services of Visiting Angels in Gray, TN over the past approximately 8 yrs. At first, it was for my Mother who was in the early stages of Alzheimers, in my parents' home. Visiting Angels always sent wonderful "angels" to assist my mother with personal care & to do simple activities with her, such as taking short walks outside, working on puzzles. Knowing an angel had "eyes" on their situation eased the anxiety the rest of our family had. This went on for 3 yrs. Eventually my parents moved into assisted living & memory care in a local senior care facility. After my Mother had to be moved into a nursing home, Visiting Angels provided an angel to take my Dad to visit my Mother twice a week. He always looked forward to those visits. We heard great things about "his angel" from the staff where he lives & the staff where he was visiting my Mother, saying how nice she was & she was always being very careful to keep him from falling, etc. I cannot express our gratitude to Visiting Angels for the peace of mind they have given us over the years. We have sung the praises of Visiting Angels to many folks around the country, encouraging them to use Visiting Angels for their loved one that needs extra help. We have found all the angels we've dealt with to be very compassionate, patient, and pleasant. The staff in the office have always been very kind and helpful in any way possible. We love Visiting Angels!

Visiting Angels was indispensable in providing assistance for my father. The care and dedication that the entire staff displays is/was beyond any reasonable expectation. Without the staff going the extra mile, my father would not doing so well (and might not even be alive). He has never been happier. I think everyone can agree that, when we enter the later stages of life, we all just want to be happy with a good quality of life. My father enjoys both of these, due to the services of Visiting Angels (and they were very reasonably priced).

Visiting Angels is simply and incredible company. The name "angels" in this case is not just hype, our mom's caregiver Megan is indeed an angel in our time of need. If all of their caregivers are 80% as good as Megan, they are indeed a special organization. I could not have asked for a better caregiver. Beyond this, the organization is indeed first class. The communications have been accurate and timely. The billing is accurate and also timely. It takes me about 2-3 minutes per week to get an accurate picture of the billing from the detailed records that are emailed to me. I can think of nothing negative. I would recommend VA without any hesitation at all. Blessings.

We are looking for hopefully temporary assistance with my dad. My mom only needs help for a couple of hours in the morning to get him up out of bed, and a couple of hours in the evening to get him back to bed. We explained this when we called for the initial visit and paperwork, and my parents were willing to pay the $100 per day to have that short block of time. Visiting Angels put us off for an entire week, then finally came out to my parents house filled out paperwork, discussed services, fees, etc. only to call the next day and say they couldn't find anyone to work the short shifts. I understand that it is a tricky shift to fill, but they should have figured that out before making us wait an entire week only to tell us they were unable to help. We called Sentinel THIS MORNING, they came out to do the initial paperwork AN HOUR LATER and have both shifts already covered for TOMORROW, Sunday and Monday!!!
