We have had Visiting Angels caring for my 90+ year old father for several months now. The level of compassionate, competent care he receives is second to none. They developed a customized care plan based on Dad’s individual needs and follow it to the letter. Any concerns are promptly noticed and communicated to the family. The office staff is accessible and quick to respond to any questions we may have. I have found every individual with this organization to show the highest level of integrity and respect. They are like family. It is a blessing to know that Dad is safe and comfortable while under their care. Thank you Lauren, Tiffanie, Ashley, Cheyenne, Donna, and all others who have been part of caring for Dad. (I offer my apologies to those names that I have omitted.) We appreciate you.

I am extremely well-pleased with Visiting Angels. The compassion and care they have for my 90 year-old father’s well-being and comfort is genuine and very evident. It is a very well-run organization with high standards. Communication between management, staff, and our family is timely and easy. Most importantly, the care plan is followed completely and flawlessly. I am confident and comforted in the knowledge that Dad is in good hands when Visiting Angels is there. I highly recommend them.

Recently switched to Visiting Angels from another company couldn’t be happier! Lauren was great in getting us all set up and finding great caregivers (Dawn and Mary). To help with my dad and they work with the schedule we needed. Highly recommend!

This is actually from Terrell Snyder, daughter of Marylou Snyder. When my mother was getting out of Good Shepherd for rehab, VA was the most prompt in responding to my contacts of any agency. They were very accommodating, working with her schedule to get out of of the facility despite terrible snows, being flexible about her schedule as things went along, and keeping in close touch with me about everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a responsive and responsible agency to help their loved ones.

We’re still pretty new with Visiting Angels, but so far, everything has gone really well. The office staff has been warm, friendly, and easy to work with - they make scheduling simple, always maintain a positive attitude, and are quick to get back in touch, which we really appreciate. The caregivers they’ve sent have all been kind and seem very trustworthy. Right now, we mainly use their help when we need to go out for a bit, and it gives us peace of mind knowing my mom is safe and cared for while we’re away. Overall, it has been a great experience, and we’re very pleased.
