My Amazing wife was diagnosed with ALS about two years ago. Her desires were to remain in our home until her passing. My desire was to see that through. As the ALS progressed, it became more challenging to do this without outside help. There is a discontinuity between services Hospice can provide and what is needed. Visiting Angels filled that gap. Michele and her team are wonderful. Not every Visiting Angel was a good fit for our needs. I contacted Michele and she would send another Visiting Angel until we felt we had a tailored Visiting Angels team that we help to create to meet our needs. We used Visiting Angels to help provide my mother with assistance to and from physical therapy after a fall. My mother was resistant at first as she is a very independent woman. However, Michele took time to sit with her and give her the assurance that they were there to help her regain her independence, not take it away. She’s back to driving herself now but I will certainly use them again if needed and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Knowledgeable caregivers who are genuinely interested in helping. Visiting Angels is accessible when needs change last minute and they have great communication.
