Good afternoon sir, I wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know how amazing your staff member Sue in Pittsfield has been with our family. Above and beyond helpful is an understatement. This is an excellent service and she just makes it even better. I have referred the Visiting Angels to many of my friends and hopefully they will call her to help their elderly family members. We especially are looking forward to taking advantage of your in-house office at Devonshire Estates in Lenox MA. I would applaud any consideration for an overnight staff person addition to that facility if possible. Thank you for your attention. That woman “Sue” is amazing! I was in need of immediate assistance staffing my mother for 24 hour care. I worked with Sue in intake at VAS and she was kind, supportive and addressed all of my needs and questions. Nothing but praise for the Visiting Angels! Sue Carpenter has been a godsend. Needed help for my mom immediately after being released from rehab, Sue had a VA in place a day after she was home. She now lives at Devonshire Estates and is receiving much needed support and care from her wonderful VA’s. With their help she is able to live independently.
