I’ve been meaning to come on the site and do a review as an employee. I have been with the company for about a year and have not had one issue. The owners are very nice, the staff is amazing with communication and always offering hours. They accommodate my schedule with being a student. I feel comfortable when having to call the agency. If I have any questions or concerns, I immediately get help. I love this agency. I have been in the field for 14 years and this is probably my favorite agency thus far. I always feel happy to cover clients and work with my regulars. I love all the schedulers and the owner I met a few times. ❤️

I was looking for someone to help my husband and I feel more confident at home. We have no backup at all. I called and talked to Jerry Hollis. He said because he was a nice person he’d call once a week and wouldn’t charge until he came to the house. Over a week went by and no call so I called him. He said he was sorry and we’d go to the top of his list. I waited and waited, hoping every call was his. No. I called and talked to someone at the office and told her how upset I was. Some time later Jerry called and said he was on vacation and that he told me he would call once in a while. No that wasn’t what he said. He told me he was coming to my town, the following week, to meet other clients and he would come and meet us. Waited again. My husband called and left him a message asking when he was coming to town so we don’t miss him. Never heard from him again. I can’t seem to get over the hurt feelings. I think I called him one last time and left a message, again, how upset I was over this whole mess.

I am thrilled with my caregiving experience through Visiting Angels! I have a truly wonderful aide who is friendly, positive and competent. It feels very comforting to have someone so capable help me with transfers, bathing, dressing and household chores. They even arranged another great aide to serve as a back up should my primary caregiver be unavailable!

Visiting angels is the best homecare service I have ever worked with. The staff are very nice, when you call at the office, they attend to your needs. When it comes to payment, it is always on time. And always check on you and the client. All I can say is they are the best, and they always hire truly angels to take care of their clients.
