I needed in-home help over a long weekend. I found the office staff, Anne and Megan, were of great help with setting up an interview with Matt and scheduling a caregiver. My caregiver, Michael, was on time and very friendly and competent. He also got along well with our dog. I would recommend Visiting Angels to anyone.

I would give Visiting Angels a full 5-star rating. I have never worked with such an amazing care team in my life. My experience with Visiting Angels has been truly wonderful, and I’ve had the chance to meet so many kind and caring people. The name fits them perfectly—because when you’re with them, you really do feel like you’re being visited by an angel. Thank you so much for having me!

I cannot say enough positive compliments about this organization. Caring for my father fulltime was a joy and a blessing. I came to the realization I needed help as 24 hour care for a loved one is very demanding. I contacted Visiting Angels Merridian and set up a care plan. At first it was only a few hours a week. As Dad’s needs increased I added more days and hours. We were blessed to have such caring and personable care givers work with my Dad. I want to highly recommend Amy and Megan who tirelessly worked to secure our scheduling needs were met. A special thank you to Jannah and Angie who treated my dad like family. They will always have a very special place in my heart. Dad has now gone to heaven to be with Mom. Thank you Visiting Angels you truly are Angels here on earth.

My mom was diagnosed with dementia. We were able to use Visiting Angels for over 3 years with in home care. Emily Roan was an amazing caregiver showing so much compassion and energy in caring for my mom. It was all thanks to the office care coordinator Amy Brewer who always made sure that my mom had the care and companions needed to allow my mom to stay in her home for as long as possible. If it weren't for Amy and Emily, mom would have had to enter a care facility much sooner. They always made us feel like family. They were definitely our angels!
