What a wonderful experience from the first phone call to the bedside manner of the caregiver. It can't be overstated that the Visiting Angels were our "angels" the last few days of my mother-in-laws journey on Earth. Call them first!

We hired Visiting Angels to provide a couple hours a day of help for our 92 year old mother. Taylor was our main caregiver. My mother really like Taylor and would ask what time is Taylor coming over tomorrow. Taylor and the other's that helped were very professional and caring and we enjoyed having them help out with our mother. I would highly recommend them if you need companion care, medicine dispensing, light house keeping, etc in your home. Communication was great as well. Thank you Brian and your great team of Angels!

Visiting Angels is the 2nd agency i have worked with for my mom with dementia. Brian immediately found me 2 wonderful night aides. I know my mom is well taken care of while I get my needed sleep. I’m not sure what we would have done without Visiting Angels to help care for my mother and help my father during our difficult journey. My mother has Alzheimer’s, and Visiting Angels was simply amazing. The aides helped us enormously and were very empathetic and caring. They were a huge support for my family. It was always easy to schedule time and we felt that they truly cared. I only wish we had called them sooner!

Rich and the whole staff at the Medina Visiting Angels could not have been more kind to my mother. She was able to stay in her home many months longer than if they had not been there for us. They took such good care of her. And their communication was exceptional. I had to work, so I depended a lot on the daily notes and updates they gave me on her condition. I give them an outstanding rating, without hesitation!
