I’d like to just take the opportunity to share my wonderful experience with Visiting Angels. My Dad, my hero was 93 and loosing ground quickly. I found it difficult to make decisions for him. and who I would ever entrust to take care of him while he was alone. Visiting Angels came to me from a referral by a neighbor who had great success from them. Beverly ( the owner) and Kim ( her right hand person) put my mind at ease! They were both very professional and compassionate. It allowed me to me to think clearly, knowing that I had such competent and loyal people watching over my father! Personally, I never had any problems with this organization and it gave the free time to help my father even more. The research and appointments that I didn’t have the time for before I now did. During very difficult circumstances with my aunt and uncle in Florida Visiting Angels were a gift. Within 48 hours after calling Visiting Angels they were able to provide 24 hour in home care for my 94 year old aunt on hospice and 90 year old uncle. My aunt did not want to pass away in a hospital and wanted to be at home with her husband. Visiting Angels were able to give quality care and there was never a gap in hours. Their compassion and flexibility were outstanding. We will be forever grateful to Visiting Angels for their responsiveness to a very challenging situation. They were able to honor my aunt’s wishes.

Visiting Angels came every day for 6 weeks of around the clock care for our father. They treated him with caring, compassion, gentleness and dignity. Dad wasn't comfortable with us doing the more "personal and intimate" care and 24/7 care was too much for just 2 of us so Visiting Angels were the blessing we needed. Everyone was great but Alicia and Laurie were beyond amazing. Having this care made it so that we could concentrate on Dad. Say what we needed to say, pray with him and for him and just spend as much time as we could with him those last 6 weeks. They truly made this whole process in Hospice care, so much easier for Dad and for our family. I truly don't know what we would have done without them.
