My mom’s physical therapist Lydin is excellent. She is very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. When she comes to my mom’s home, she takes her time and never makes her feel rushed. She is always friendly, professional, and open to any questions or concerns that my mom may have. My mother and I truly appreciate her care and support and would highly recommend her.

This company is phenomenal. Don’t look to any other. Don’t let anybody else refer you to anybody. They will take excellent care of your family members and get them back to the goals that you need. They are phenomenal from the customer service at the office with Chris and their physical therapist Brian everybody there’s amazing!!

I have had other agencies with help for my Mom over the past few years. None of them even come close to the outstanding care everyone at Aveanna gives. All the nurses and therapists are top notch. I would also like to thank Chris at the Palm Harbor office. I have called there a few times and she is the most sweet, caring and compassionate person ever. Thank you Aveanna!

Excellent agency. Every provider was professional, caring and friendly. I have had 3 other agencies over the last 5 years. They are by far the best. Very responsive. Highly recommend Doctor's Choice Homecare.. top notch.
