Two employees from this company drove across my parents newly landscaped front yard. I contacted them shortly after and they confirmed and agreed their employees were responsible for the damage. I emailed them pictures and a video, It has been almost a month and a half, and is yet to be fixed. On top of that, I am the one to continually reach out to person I was dealing with to have it for updates. Keep in mind, the driveway is >24 feet wide, and instead of backing out out of the driveway, they decided to do a 10-point turn, that involved physically driving over a wooden landscape border/barrier, and ignoring the solar lights, that line the driveway from start to finish. Be very wary of this company, unless you have the time and energy to continually contact them to fix something they have acknowledged doing. As far as the care, my parents had mixed experiences and have cancelled their contract with them. Laura-your reply is completely disingenuous and inaccurate. The only time that your business has been in contact with me, is when I have called your company. I have been in contact with the landscaping company, it is you that never contacted them back. Further more this is the first time I am hearing about “you’ll pay half” because it was dark. Your caregiver chose to drive over a barrier, and ignore solar lights. Using your “logic” anyone who caused any damage or an accident “when it’s pitch black” should only be responsible for ½ of the damages? Wow, just wow. I have to assume the car they are driving has headlights, does it not, that’s what high-beams are for. So, they knowingly drove onto something that is not meant to be driven on. Your lack of accountability and blaming “it’s pitch black” goes to demonstrate the type of business this is. Your company caused 100% of the damage, so your company will pay for 100% of the repair. I am not surprised to see that your company is choosing to go this route as you prioritized responding to this review, and not calling me, as your employee (Sean Ramos) today stated you would. You can call me, as I’ve been assured I would receive a call back, but never have. Your “ We are happy to discuss about it further should you want to resolve the situation” demonstrates your disingenuous position. Looking at my records and notes, I first contacted your company on February 18,2026 regarding this matter. It’s now April 6th!!!! So stop it with the business buzzword bingo and trying to sound empathetic-and resolve this like it should be resolved and that your employee, also Sean Ramos stated you would rectify the situation back in FEBRUARY!
