Mary Burgos is the caregiver for my father, Sylvester Soltis. She does an exemplary job and I couldn’t be more happy with the services she provides. She represents your company well. She is competent and caring. She goes above and beyond and communicates her cares and concerns daily. She is firm when needed, but gentle, at the same time. She treats my Dad with kindness and respect. Mary is a lovely person and excels in her profession. He’s a quiet man and often doesn’t express himself; but with Mary, he’s different. She puts a smile on his face and a tinkle in his eyes. It warms my heart and that is why I highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who asks.

There are not enough stars for me to award this company! 5 is too few. If I could award them 10 or 20, I would do so. For the better part of the last year, I have had the privilege of welcoming Visiting Angels into my home as caregivers for my beloved mother, who is suffering from dementia, an absolutely horrible and awful disease, slowly and painfully taking my most loved ones from me. No family wants to admit that "they can't do it alone" anymore. No family wants to ask for help, for fear it shows weakness, or that they just can't be bothered. It took long conversations with the wonderful Ashley Ramos (and her staff) to show me that asking for help is the first step in ensuring that your loved one will be receiving the finest, most compassionate, and most professional care possible. From Day 1, I have never worried, never doubted that my mother was receiving the best care possible. She was being cared for, she was being well-kept, she was being loved. She was being treated with respect and with dignity. She was happy. She felt safe. She was not alone. There is not a more exemplary care service out there. They are so very accommodating. They are there to meet whatever needs to have. They are there to provide your loved ones with the care they deserve. Each day begins with a warm hello, each day ends with a hug goodbye. Your caregivers become precious and appreciated members of your family. Making the decision to acquire the services of Visiting Angels, while one of the most difficult I ever had to make, has turned out to be one of the very best.
