Our family has had an outstanding experience with Visiting Angels. From the start, the office staff has been professional, responsive, and caring, making the entire process smooth. We are especially thankful for our caregiver, Eric. He always arrives early, is very professional, and shows genuine compassion and patience with my father. He pays close attention to my dad’s needs, follows his daily routine carefully, and provides excellent care with dignity and respect. One of the biggest benefits has been having Eric accompany me to my father’s medical appointments. His help during each visit has been priceless, and his dependability gives our family great peace of mind. He also communicates quickly with us whenever he has questions or concerns, which we truly value. Most importantly, Eric has built a wonderful relationship with my father. It’s clear that my dad trusts him and feels comfortable in his care, and that means everything to our family. We are extremely grateful for Eric and the entire Visiting Angels team. We contracted with Visiting Angels for in home care for my father post surgery. Our Angel, Florence, was excellent. She was kind, patient and skilled. She arrived on time every day and provided exceptional care. The company was easy to work with and our initial contact Charlene worked hard to understand our needs and found us a great caregiver on short notice. Our ongoing POC Sean was very responsive. Recommend.

Visiting angels has been wonderful. I especially liked talking with Charlene Beckett. She has been so kind and so sweet. I’ve been dealing with her for months. The nurse and the caregiver that have come out to help my mother-in-law have been truly wonderful. These are truly exceptional people any family would be happy to have them take care of their loved one. They really are a blessing!

My family and I are forever grateful to Visiting Angels of Prince William County, particularly Ms. Charlene Beckett.I was at a very difficult point in caring for Mom who suffers from Alzheimer’s, I could no longer manage showering or bathing her due to her loss of muscle strength and inability to stand on her own for an extended period. I called numerous establishments looking for someone who could come into my home and assist me on a limited budget. Visiting Angels is the only business I approached that took the time to listen to my needs, asking questions about Mom’s health challenges and my needs as well. Ms. Beckett understood the severity of my situation and suggested that I may need a higher level of assistance than what I was asking for, she provided me with information on resources within the community that I could contact for assistance. My search led me to an evaluation for hospice care that I was not aware was available to me. The assistance I have been provided has no doubt saved my mother and me from the probability of falling in the shower and injury to us both, and our quality of life has improved immensely! I can’t say enough about the sincere caring and kindness that Visiting Angels provides, I recommend them for anyone looking for help with caring for themselves or a loved one.
