Julie is glorious. Thank you so much for helping us navigate through all the different contacts and providing the sanity checks I needed to ensure we were on the right path to help my mother recover from her recent stroke. The only caveat, it seems the main office has a fair amount of coordination opportunities. I submitted an online form for assistance, and that's how Julie got a quick hold of me. Calling the office and getting assistance that route was met with extensive phone fumbling errors, delays, uncertainties, and multiple people doing the same thing. Every time Esmeralda got a hold of me, it would be something Julie already handled. Same with the timecard signature... after being told I absolutely had to sign in person, it turns out I could sign digitally. It honestly felt a little shaming and seemed unbelievable that I live states away. Judy was a huge help via text, getting me an emailed timecard to sign digitally with zero hassle, and in rescheduling visits until my mother returns home from rehab. Thank you so much. I'm am still eternally grateful.

Visiting Angels in Midland, Texas is an exceptionally good organization. My family has had the pleasure of being helped by Ezmerelda and Julie, the Intake Coordinator. Both professionals were knowledgeable, professional, and seem to have deep compassion for what they do for Visiting Angels. A special thank you to Julie for going above and beyond to make sure that even though we live in Alaska, we can rest assured our family in Odessa, Texas, is being well cared for.

Julie has worked hard with us to get my mom the perfect fit. Also willing to be flexible concerning scheduling as we're getting her acclimated to having care in the home. Definitely would recommend this company!

My mother Jeannine and I were so extremely pleased to meet and have Julie Morales in Mom's home. She brought truly felt care and compassion to Mom and myself with her bright, charming and warm personality. She made sure we understood what Visiting Angles had to offer Mom and how the program worked in detail. It was completely a pleasure to meet her and she said we could contact her at any time for any thoughts or concerns that might be beneficial for Mom's well-being and assistance with help for myself seeing over Mom . And when it was time for Julie to leave , I have a 6 month old Timber Wolf Puppy that slipped by me at the door and started to run away and Julie went way out of her way to help me corral and get Cheyenne back in the house. We want to thank Visiting Angles for having such a wonderful person to care for the elderly and to thank Julie for everything and to welcome her back at any time. May God look over and bless Julie and each of you at Visiting Angles. ( Truly there are Angles among us )
