I was scheduled for orientation this morning at 10am . I arrive here on time & no one is here to conduct the orientation or even has any real knowledge about it . The woman at the front desk was not empathetic at all to this situation & very dismissive no matter the enthusiasm I gave to ensure everything on my end was completed . Working with the elderly we must be kind & understanding to one another first . This location doesn't present that .

I wanted to take a moment to thank Emmanuel from the bottom of my heart for the incredible care and compassion he showed my dad over these past six months. What started as a simple rehab visit to his house slowly became a journey through the final days of my dad’s life. Through it all, Emmanuel was a constant source of kindness, comfort, and love. Wow! I can not begin to explain how overwhelmed I became with taking 24/7 care of my invalid mother. I had been taking care of her for a few years but she could get around etc. Then she fell and everything changed. I could not leave her alone. In comes my saviors and heroes, Visiting Angels. My family let me have 3 4 hour visits and one 5 hour visit. Very quickly they found 3 spectacular women to fill those spaces and each of them stayed with me for over a year. They all took such good care of mom, even more so as her condition worsened. They all grew to love her dearly. They fed her, changed her, helped the hospice aids and kept her area organized and trash free. They even tried to keep me neat and organized…. No hope there! The office…Emily and Louise were always available and extremely helpful with any schedule change whether from me or one of my Angels. I will highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone! Visited Angels are a wonderful dedicated group of women. I am blessed to have their care, since Jan.5,2025. They take A+ care of the clients. The caregivers I have are professional, kind, caring and are on top of the needs of the clients. The caregiver does laundry, gets meals from the dining room. They are providing the physical needs of the clients, they help with clothes and dressing and bathroom needs. I am so blessed to have the care of Visiting An gels.
