We are having an excellent experience with VA and would recommend them to anyone in need of in home care. The communication with the office has also been excellent—they’re responsive, organized, and always willing to help with schedule adjustments or questions. Ashley and Elianna, our contact staff, are kind, professional, and truly focused on understanding our needs. They took the time to match us with Marie; a caregiver who not only had the right skill set but also the right personality and approach. Marie is very reliable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort my mom. Marie engages in meaningful conversation, handles daily tasks with care, and treats our mom with respect and dignity. It has given us tremendous peace of mind knowing that someone trustworthy is there when we cannot be.

VA staff helped me with my mom while she was in hospice care. They took the time to find out how they could best serve my mom and meet her priorities, providing a wonderful caregiver coordinator. If we had a caregiver that wasn't a good fit they worked hard to find the type of person we needed. So many thanks to Donnie, Dana and Tabitha for creating a great team dedicated to keeping mom comfortable and provide for her daily and household needs.

We have been with Visiting Angels for a couple months now and everyone has been great to work with and Kyla, our mothers’ Angel, has been great. Our mom has severe dementia and Kyla is so patient, kind and goes right along with mom doing puzzles and telling stories. This makes such a positive difference in our Mother’s Day after a visit. Thank you Kyla for all you do and Visiting Angels team for being supportive and working with our schedule.

We love visiting angels for our mom. Mom gets the extra care she needs and can still be independent in her own home. We are especially grateful for the care giver that mom is matched with. Her name is Jennifer. We were worried at first, because mom is somewhat of an introvert. We are happy to say, that from day 1 mom accepted Jennifer into her home, and they still get along wonderfully. Thanks visiting angels for giving us peace of mind, knowing mom is in good hands.
