Belinda Donaldson is an excellent caregiver for my husband. She is always on time and arrives with a smile on her face. She helps him get out of bed, get dressed,and have breakfast. In between all that she also does some light housework and that's a real help for me.She helps with cleanliness and watches as he takes meds. I really hope she can continue to come.

This office was under a lot of pressure to not only help my mother with her care need, but also the caregivers had to handle the big family and all of our differing opinions on what to do at times. Great caregivers and great management. It was such a benefit to my family and they took great care of mom. Wonderful company. Not perfect, but they damn well tried to be and almost were.

I have an aging family member (93) who has more needs than I can manage on my own. We have used Visiting Angels and Home Instead together, so anytime we have a difficult shift to cover, we have 2 options. Visiting Angels' caregivers are top notch! I am normally not very trusting, but they have sent wonderful, caring, professional people to us consistently. It's obvious that their caregivers are trained well, and I appreciate that (a lot). I've noticed that there is a continuity because their care plans are passed to the different caregivers. They make sure that skin is well cared for, and that food is heated and served, and throw in a load of laundry... all the "normal" things, but more than that, they provide care. Providing care is an art when done well, and they do. We have a lady that is scheduled every Saturday for us. She's like family now. Her confident professionalism means that I can feel comfortable leaving. As a retired ICU nurse, I'm a tough reviewer, but I must say the quality of the people is clearly worth the 5-star rating. They get my full recommendation.
