My interaction with staff here in the Augusta office has been a great experience. Ms. Porter and her team have demonstrated great professionalism and has been very helpful in addressing concerns with both clients and employees. They are empathetic towards addressing the needs of their clients and their PCAs and CNAs through active listening and finding a resolution to problems. I recommend them.

If we could give this company 20 stars we would! We had a last minute emergency and needed help for my aunt who lives alone and was discharging from AU. The hospital did not give us much warning AT ALL and we were extremely panicked. We called several agencies and no response because it was in the evening. We talked to a nice young lady in the after hours and minutes later got a call from your nurse Ashley who was jus incredible. She thoroughly explained everything as we had no idea about any of this whole home care thing. She also gave us other resources For things like physical therapy and equipment that my aunt needed. She was able to get us started ASAP Kept us updated throughout the whole process . For the most part my aunt loved all of her care people which says a lot because she can be kind of picky. The other gem in this company is the manager Susan! She was in touch with my parents and always checking to make sure things were going well and that my aunt was ok. My parents asked me to say thank you for having such wonderful staff. We will always recommend to anyone that will listen

We had a family emergency and needed help at the very last minute.We reached out to Visiting Angels and heard back right away from their Director Ashley.She is an incredible blessing! She is the best combination of kind, caring, and professional..She made arrangements super quick and even adapted when we made a last second change.We always knew we were in good hands.Many thanks too to the expert caretakers and even the billing dept was nice to work with. An all around special experience at a time we needed it most. Many thanks!!!
