Visiting Angels helped me out with respite car, while my husband ws away for three days, e for my mobility issues as I heal from a broken femur. Mark from Visiting Angels came to our home, observed the layout, listened carefully to our needs, and developed a thorough care plan. We were very impressed with his attention. to detail and how well his care plan refleccted our needs and concerns. Aides were scheduled according to our requested times. Barbara came for three morning shifts, and she was exceptional in her care and her positive and skillful way of being. Priscilla came for one of the evening shifts, and she was very caring and attentive. Dimitri, who did the other evening shift, was also very capable and caring. I can't say enough about the professionalism in both the care plan and the skillful and caring quality of these aides. The care plan thoughtfully reflected my preferences and specific needs during the aide visits. The aides were excellent - so responsive and skillful. I highly recommend Visiting Angels! I felt very supported and cared for.

The Visiting Angels Acton office has supported my Mother-in-law for more than 18 months, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care she is afforded by the team. Two members of the team in particular, Caroline and Teresa, have developed a supportive and loving rapport with our Mom as they have provided care and companionship for her. They are flexible when needed and firmly insistent when called for, but always keeping her needs in mind. Their relationship is best reflected by the fact she refers to their visits as "her friends coming over." What more could we want?

After 1 week of services, 6 days, I can say these “angels” are awesome. I have nothing negative to say about any of the providers. The family member they serviced has advanced dementia and they did a wonderful job caring for him.

I've relied on Visiting Angels Acton, MA since May of 2018 for 7 nights a week, overnight Elder Care for my now, 94 year old Mom, and some daytime shifts and emergency help since then. The service is excellent and the Care Aids professional and wonderful with my Mom, a cerebellar stroke victim with dementia. I really don't know how I could manage 24/7 care without Visiting Angels assistance! A wonderful group and I highly recommend their service!

I cannot say enough good things about the Visiting Angels. They provided help to our family for both of my elderly parents over a period of close to 10 years. Compassion, love, competence, support - all apply. The care they provided was excellent, they were always on time, prompt, and reliable. Equally important, they always respected the dignity of my parents. In addition, they were extraordinary in how they supported and cared about me. Both of my parents have now passed away and I am so grateful for the help we had from the Angels. I still find myself at times missing their friendship.
