VIP home care was an important and wonderful part of providing home care for my sister. Hana is the most generous, thoughtful and compassionate person to work with to find just the right caregiver for your loved one. I was desperate to find someone who would listen to my concerns about my sister’s needs and Hana was literally at her doorstep the next day. She sent resumes and set up interviews with potential caregivers, and was always available to help solve problems when they arose. I highly recommend this company and Hana.

I was desperate for a nighttime caregiver to provide services during the “graveyard shift.”. Most agencies require certain number of hours, but when I contacted Hana at VIP Home Care she was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. She reassured me that they had caregivers who could do those hours. Saydi was a lovely lady who provided care for my mother. She was sweet, friendly and very reliable. I highly recommend VIP Home Care services!

When we needed a 24 hour Caregiver for my friend, I contacted several companies, Most of which were unaffordable. I found VIP service and they were able to assign a wonderful, caring and trustworthy lady to assist my friend. All this took less than an hour to arrange with the help of Hana. The company is not only efficient, but also the most affordable. I would recommend it to anyone in need of help with a loved one.

VIP agency is so amazing!!! I was looking for someone to help with my aunt who is declining cognitively and needed mainly companionship. They made the process so seamless. I first spoke with Hana Ali and she found someone so fast. She even offered an interview prior to starting to see if my aunt and her caregiver would vibe. The contract signing was very straightforward and the whole process is just so easy!! Thank you again VIP agency and mainly Hana Ali for making this process so smooth.
