We toured several memory care communities in Santa Rosa, and The Reserve at Fountaingrove stood out right away, largely because of the people. From our first visit, the team felt genuinely warm, patient, and present with the residents, not just during the tour but in everyday interactions. You could see real relationships, not just routine care. The staff took the time to get to know our dad as a person, and that has made a huge difference in how comfortable he is. Communication has also been excellent — we always feel informed and supported. It gives our family a lot of peace of mind knowing he’s surrounded by people who truly care.

My mother has been at The Reserve for a few months now and we’ve seen a big difference in her overall mood and engagement. The caregivers are attentive and treat her with dignity and respect. The leadership team has also been very responsive anytime we’ve had questions. It’s comforting to know she’s in a safe place where she’s truly cared for.

Moving my mom into memory care was one of the hardest decisions our family has made, but The Reserve at Fountaingrove has made it so much easier. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Every time I visit, my mom is engaged in something whether it’s music, an activity, or just chatting with staff. It doesn’t feel like a facility, it feels like a community. I only wish we had made the move sooner.

I would like to recognize Christina Cruz, Marketing Director. She has been exceptional to work with. She is responsive, friendly, and focuses on community and what is best for the resident and their families. She not only helped us with choosing the apartment for my mom, she helped us find movers, and has continued to be helpful 9 months later. She is well liked by the residents, friendly, and truly loves her job. She is a blessing to this facility.

Placing loved ones into a memory care facility can be a very difficult process. My experience with The Vineyard at Fountaingrove, specifically with Christina, has made this so much easier for all of us. She has been so wonderful, kind and patient with our entire family and provided us with multiple tours of the facility. We feel comfortable and happy with our decision and know that our loved ones will be well cared for. The location is a plus too. Thank you, Christina and the staff at The Vineyard. Looking forward to our upcoming move in date.
