This facility has very bad communication skills and Some CNA’s Are very Lazy, Sloppy To Work. On purpose when I would call for my mom no answer at all .. Also they stole my mom’s clothes and they never did anything about.. This is so sad and these patients were very poor hygiene . My mom here and there with bruising and skin tears and they would said ,, We don’t what happen,, As we know it’s not truth ,, They lost her glasses twice and now they don’t want to pay for them and disappoint and upsetting with this .. playing phone tags with the social worker Michelle . But I leave this up to god to Judge them . My mother is a human being and she needs her glasses but I guess they don’t care and have the heart for these elderly people .

Super friendly, kind, and compassionate staff. We felt very blessed that my Mother in law was cared there. Michelle, Tim, & Alec put us at ease upon meeting them regarding my Mother in law's admission to the facility. They went over my Mother in law's health assessment, doctor's orders, diet preference, activities she like doing, discharge planning, and answering any questions we had. This place is a Godsent! She was discharged and pretty much back to herself and able to walk at the same capacity before she injured her lower back. Highly recommend this place. Great staff, great team work, and staff have mutual respect for each other. It's no wonder they are rated 5 stars. Big thank you to Dr. Kabbany for referring my Mother in law here. Special Thank you Villa Serena Staff for taking great care of my Mother in law and helping her regain her strength, health, & mobility. We love & appreciate you all. Many blessings♥️🙏🏽🤗

People at Villa serena are amazing! specially Michelle(social worker) she knows her residents in and out. residents comes back to us looking very well and healthy. Thank you everyone!

First let me say this I wish that they can get more than five stars because they deserve way more than that. The maintenance man always working fixed things with a smile can really tell he loves his job. Always willing to help anyone awesome. The best DSD EVER she very sweet and she take her time to help any staff. The housekeeper is always with a smile and they do their job. The staff is amazing they really give their job 100%
