This place is the worst do not let your loved ones end up here .my girlfriend for 25 years is there right now her doctor told me she clear to leave when she wants ,but when I went to visit she told me she wanted to come home so I informed the nurse and she took my information ,I showed up to bring her home and these people are very strange they told me to come back on Monday the doctors not hear to sign her out on Monday they can't reach the doctor to get her signature well when will you have that they dont know,so I read the law and she does not need to have any ones signature she can leave ,so they are currently holding her against her will .

My 97 year old grandma has been there for a couple years now and she is well cared for. Yes its not as nice as other facilities, but the staff there are very friendly and nice and they do take very good care of the residents especially during the pandemic. I am happy knowing my grandma is in good hands.

Wonderfully helpfull staff. Warm and enviting. Caring and compassionate. Great food. Completely professional management and nursing staff. Can't say enough about the help I am receiving here.

Love the staff and how much they care for their residents. Also the fact that they went through pandemic with much UNITY and RESPECT for one another. I'm proud of this team!!! God Bless you ALL 😘

Del Rio has had our brother for over [5] yrs, and he has received the best of care for a secured facility - he eats well, helps on the grounds, and looks out for other folks residing there - We appreciate the institute -
