The manager yelled at my grandmother. My grandmother has lived in the community for years. In the past, senior residents were able to play board games in the common area, socialize, and spend time together. However, since this manager arrived, things have changed significantly—even the bathrooms are no longer open for residents to use.<br><br>I would not recommend living here because the manager is rude, harassing, and constantly creates or enforces rules that seem to be intended to inconvenience and negatively affect residents.<br><br>I especially want to emphasize that on several occasions, the manager has YELLED AT MY GRANDMOTHER, causing her a great deal of stress and emotional distress. This kind of treatment toward an elderly resident is completely unacceptable.<br><br>I sincerely hope management takes responsibility for any medical consequences that may result from the stress and mistreatment my grandmother has experienced because of this manager.

Sorry to say but sage park apartments is really not what it is they have a big issue with the homeless people climbing over the fences stealing things from seniors balcony and stealing packages from the tenants and you have some tenants that live there that have homeless people living in there apartment and management knows about it and they don't do nothing about the issue they are more concerned about to many stray cats around the property than being concerned about the homeless there is some thing wrong with that crap so don't rent from this company

Visited my sister who’s residing in one of the units. Buildings are properly maintained, parking lots and hallways are clean. The elevators function well. I didn’t smell or heard anything weird which are common in senior residential areas. I saw cleaners tending the plants/trees. All doors are locked and I thought privacy was pretty good! Even the gates wouldn’t open if you don’t have a clicker. All guests would park with a parking pass, which ensures tight security. I told my sister that this facility is being managed well and everyone is doing a good job. I have peace of mind that my sister is in good hands.

Management harasses the elderly!! Several reviews about management and abuse of power directed at seniors. They should be more tolerant because of disabilities, illnesses and being forgetful. Do NOT let your family members move here.
