I understand it can be challenging for employers in this type business to make sure every shift is covered for private care but I’ve honestly seen Vibrant Health do an excellent job of providing care giving service. Our family has been through 3 agencies and Vibrant is the best and costs less. The cover our dads rides, coordination of prescription pickup and management of Dr appts. Then they reach out and update us too! We have never had that consideration before. I highly recommend them.<br>In response to the 1 star review from L Purr. What you are accusing Vibrant Health Home Care of doing has never happened with me or anyone I know receiving services. I think you are making false accusations. They are superior to any other agency I’ve come across. If what you claim is true why don’t you reach out to the agency directly? IF you are even a real client. IF a caregiver did what you claim, again, contact the agency directly. I do not believe you …

I would give ZERO STARS, if I could....They are FRAUDS. Taking FOUR hours, when they only do ONE hour of work. They clock in 15 minutes late and leave 15 minutes early. They say they HAVE to charge FOUR hours, even if they only go pick up Medication 5 minutes down the road. They are taking away hours from vulnerable and sick people. They r receiving payment from DSHS of almost $12/ 15 min; yet only paying employees $22/hour. Hey are horrible, and should be investigated.
