I would make sure you bring extra people if you have to pickup a love one in a wheelchair. There was absolutely no help and we had to figure out how to remove the catheter from the wheelchair. Maybe we expected more because of the quality this place has. Besides this it's a awesome place for long term care for your loved ones. Staff always nice and polite. Facility is always clean and they will make adjustments for you love one to be more comfortable. Thanks! :)

My grandmother is here due to her having severe dementia and is no longer able to take care of herself. Annie at the desk is super nice and sweet. All the nurses were excited that grandma had visitors and helped get her ready. If you have a family member who needs care around the clock, this is definitely the place to go. ❤️ Update: my grandmother passed away about a month after we went to visit her and the staff where all very sweet to my mother when telling her.

Admitted my Dad & step mom today. I am so impressed with the staff. All so friendly & welcoming. All very helpful, listened to & answered all my questions. I can finally breathe easy knowing my Dad is in a facility where he will get the care he needs on a level i was not equipped to give him.
