My Mom was at their facility for a little over a year and was treated with great care by all the staff. Could not be more satisfied. Kudos to the Valley View staff for your patience and great attitudes to my mom who is not easy to deal with all the time. Thanks to every one of you, especially the receptionist. Maria for always greeting us warmly and a big smile!!! We will miss you all!!!

To the Staff of Valley View Post Acute Center, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care my father has received at your facility. From the moment we walk through the doors, Maria, one of the receptionists, makes every family feel welcomed and valued. She greets everyone with kindness and warmth and goes above and beyond to help patients feel right at home. Karen is wonderful as well. She consistently treats all patients with dignity, respect, and compassion. Her caring attitude does not go unnoticed and makes a positive difference in the lives of those she serves. I would also like to recognize the cleaning crew for their outstanding work. The facility is always spotless, fresh-smelling, and well maintained. Trash is picked up promptly, and their dedication helps create a comfortable and pleasant environment for patients and visitors alike. A special thank you goes to Fernando, one of the nurses on staff. He does an excellent job monitoring vital signs and ensuring that medications are administered correctly and on time. His professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to patient care provide great peace of mind to families. Our family truly could not have chosen a better facility for my father's rehabilitation and care. The entire team works together to create a welcoming, clean, and supportive environment. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Saundra , an admissions caseworker, for the compassion and dedication she showed my family during an incredibly difficult time. Although we ultimately did not place our loved one at her facility, Saundra went above and beyond to help us navigate a challenging situation. She took the time to listen and guide us toward other options insurance related to find other solutions to help our family . What stood out most was her genuine concern for the well-being of my family member. In a system that can often feel overwhelming, Saundra treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. It was clear that she truly cares about the individuals and families she serves, not just the placement process. She is a true advocate for patients and a wonderful example of what compassionate healthcare support should look like. Thank you, Saundra, for making a difference when we needed it most.

My husband was admitted to Valley View Post-Acute Center after his total left hip replacement. The facility is very clean, and the staff are professional, kind, and attentive. Amber Castro and her team were amazing. They helped us with everything from admission to discharge and even assisted with handling the insurance. Their support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My husband is very pleased with the care and services he received. We are very grateful to Amber Castro and the entire team for taking such good care of him.

Valley View Post Acute is in my opinion and my grandmothers favorite Skilled Nursing Home. I recommend this place to anyone who needs short term and long term care for their loved ones. My grandmother has been here 2 times and we still do not hesitate to bring her back. Staff is very polite, nursing care is great, physical therapy is amazing she was able to recover fast from her fall recovery, and she was able to regain her mobility. Medications are always given on time, food is prepared according to her diet needs. Director of Nursing is very knowledgeable with many years of experience, Administrator is very involved with patients and family members, constantly doing room walk-ins and making sure we have everything we need. We get greeted with care and they treat our loved ones with care, most importantly, and there has never been any problems with my grandmother. I highly recommend this place, if you need information call and ask for Carol from Marketing Dept. A+++
