Unbelievably unprofessional! They actually called me shortly after 7:00 a.m. and woke me up to let me know that they wouldn't be here and know! If they have no concept of time, then they absolutely should not be in charge of anybody's health! Epic failures!

4 month update.. Discharged today and still very pleased with all the care Mom received. I would definitely recommend this company and we will use them again if the need arises. We went from PT & OT For strengthening after her hospital stay, to multiple RN and CNA visits a week for wound care. Everybody was extremely friendly, great communication, and super easy to work with. The case case manager at the office was also super helpful. We had some issues with running out of dressings and having to improvise. It wasn’t perfect, but Didn’t affect the quality of care, they accepted responsibility for what happened, and completely addressed my concerns. Absolutely amazing experience with this company. From the first call.. everyone was so helpful, got my mom on all the services practically the next day! PT, OT, RN… all amazing & I am so thankful!!
