If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Everytime I visit my grandfather his door is closed, call light out of reach, room in disarray, he is soiled and clothes filthy. Lunch meals are never offered to him as that is when I am there and never see staff. Anytime I go looking for a nurse they are never around. When I ask for anything I am looked at like I have 3 heads. 9/10 times the staff is rude. I have NOTHING positive to say about this place. I have been working in this type of field for 10 years and couldn’t imagine treating another human being like they do my grandfather. If you can help it stay far away from this place. It is completely disgusting and their staff is less than competent.

My family member received great speech therapy while there and also got one of the best blow outs I’ve seen! The beautician is great.

Amazing Rehab department! Speach dept. was amazing! I hope my family never needs to use it again but if we do we will come back! We also received an amazing hair cut!!

We had our mother in this facility, and it lasted only 2 weeks. Initially we had some good recommendations but like everything things change, staff mainly. After guided information it still took over a week to get the medication right. my wife visited daily and always found her mother in poor condition, wrong clothes, even though we supplied our own, soiled and unfed. They knew she had memory issues yet still left her alone during meals. The more we attempted to guide correction the worse it got with the care given. I guess it is don't complain or we will force you out instead of make improvement. This facility is not recommended
