My dear friend was here and had poor bad service. Five hours to get changed. Nurses came and same answer “Oh, we sorry, I will be right back”. Extremely disgusted by their disgraced professional nursing skills and lead nurses inadequate to supervise their nurses responsibilities! There is no justification; services are being paid and are not free to these inhumane so call nurses, and therapy staff. Let this be your last resort for your love ones😞

I came for Rehab at Val Verde Nursing facility and would like to share my experience. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was the cleanliness throughout the facility. Staff was very helpful, patient, accommodating, and friendly. I feel the Physical Therapy I received here got me stronger 💪 so that I could return home and remain safe. I would recommend for anyone that needs Rehab to come here.
