My grandmother is a resident here, and I have been very impressed with the level of care she receives. The facility may be an older building, but that does not take away from the quality of care provided. The staff and nurses are always patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. What stands out most is the personal relationships they build with the residents—they truly take the time to get to know them. The facility is also consistently clean, and you can always see staff working hard to keep it that way. We are grateful for the compassion and dedication shown every day.
