I been living in the Fredonia NY location for just over a year and it's been the best move I've ever made. The people here are all friendly and the manager always very helpful. Thank you .

I live in Marion Indiana, we have a person who has terrorized our community for 5 years. There has been over 30 complaints filed against him in the last 4 months. Instead of getting rid of him, they are curtailing our manager. None of us feel secure here.

I was living on one of the properties for nine years. In 2020 my son and I got sertiously ill from mold. Actually before then I was constantly going to the emergency room because my asthma medicine and nebulizer wasn't doing enough. I started complaining about mold. Nothing was done until code Enforcement came out in 2021. Last year the scent came back I told Angel she did nothing. In July I had my greatgrand daughter she started breathing abnormally. I called my daughter she came got her, her discharge papers said mold now she's on a nebulizer machine. She was one last Tuesday. I took the paper around to the office nothing was done as far as HUD rules about unsafe living conditions when she couldve asked Hermanor Willie Ruthabout my apartment. . She's very unprofessional and disrespectful and Kept my depositon for fake damages. Last year I had talked to Donna since she said corporate makes decisions about moving a person with a live in caregiver a two bedroom. She called me back and said Ms. Wright I said yes she asked you want a two bedroom I said yes she laughed and hung up the phone. I had a letter in my file that states no chemicals be used in my apartment the exterminator never sprayed. She refused to move me so Herman could come in and do the work because the walls need to be cut open, the leake was in the walls and ran for a few years(my bathroom floor changed colors and when the Herman was getting next door ready for the new tenant he and the plumber kept coming on my side) instead she wanted him to work while I live there. I requested a trail so the truth could come out. When Donna came for it she said she would go look in my file for the letter and get back with me, instead she called for a townhall meeting that she put Angel on a HIGH pedestal that we knew was not true. I was the only one that couldn't ask questions. For some reason I didn't have the trial I was given until April 30th to move even though my lease wouldn't have been up until the 31st. On the 1st I asked her could I stay until the end of the month because two of us had applied for the same house but the lady paid her money first, she said no with no hesitation, the next day they came set my belongings out in the rain. When you are disabled and a senior you don't expect to be moving from a place like that until God calls you. No one violated any housing rules. I'm a 66 year old in a wheelchair homeless senior for no legal reasons. I thank God, he gave me strength when I thought about committing suicide. I'm a fall risk without my chair because of where i am. Dan never returned any of my many calls from months ago until I found out i wasnt getting my deposit. What I'm going through is sickening. 😪 They say how they want their tenants to live but they hire Satan's soldiers. The first one was the nanager we had in 2020 and Chad who offered me apartments in Mississippi and up in Tennessee when we had a vacant unit and all my doctors are here.. I thought Donna was trying to help until she stopped answering my calls. Then I called HUD to get answers about my living conditions since she nor Dan returned my calls. Angel didn't reply to HUD she went and filed lease violation court papers for not letting Herman do the work then responded, therefore HUD couldn't help me. That's all Donna talked about in the meeting was me calling HUD until other people started asking questions. Be careful how you treat people because u reap what you sow..... if by chance somebody from there read this. In 2021 the pipe never gotten fixed that leaked outside and in my apartment yes it cracked the concrete floor now it's mold in that area too. They came back and covered the hole they dug up with out fixing it. 13 and my apartment 12 has mold. It was not treated when Mrs. Edna moved after being hospitalized for weeks then the married couple with no children were moved in it to keep me from getting it she stayed in the hospital. 14 might have mold. Tara bought an air unit for every apartment when mine had mold they disappeared. Only a few apartments got one.
