My husband stayed at Union Care Center for 33 days in early 2026. He was recovering from a stroke and qualified for rehabilitation services. I was very pleased with the broad range of his care, which involved not only nurses and their assistants, but contact with the physical therapist, the kitchen/dining room staff, housekeepers, social worker, and receptionist at the front door. We are fortunate to have such a fine skilled nursing facility in Franklin County.

Be very careful about choosing this place. They will promise the world about constant checkups and care but after you leave they will put your loved one in a wheelchair for hours without proper care in the hallway. They will then claim they are short staffed as reason for the inhumane treatment of the elderly. Would not recommend these con artists. Protect your loved ones and stay away.

Staff is very kind and treats residents like family. For a short stay or long term care there is no better place. Management is compassionate and caring towards the residents and the staff. Warm greetings from the front desk through therapy and nursing care. Truly no other like community in the area.
