Lynnae was so kind hearted and outstanding with my family member! She got my family member walking again! Then when my family member went home, Lynnae got the staff together and she cheered when we went out the door and blew a party horn! Lynnae was absolutely amazing. my favorite therapist there! I highly recommend working with her!

My mother was admitted to Ukiah Post Acute for rehabilitation after a fall in her apartment. During her stay, she experienced three falls. The last fall occurred on May 5, and she passed away three days later. As a family, we are heartbroken by what happened during her time there. We trusted that she would receive the care and supervision needed to keep her safe. Instead, we watched her suffer multiple falls while under the facility's care. Her 2nd fall left her with black and blue face for several weeks. It also changed her mentally, she started talking crazy stuff. Families considering this place, should do research. Based on our experience, we would not choose this facility again for a loved one. We want no other family member to go through the trauma our mom went through. We have filed a complaint and action was taken per state licensing. Its to late for our mom , but not yours. God bless our seniors who need this type of care.

I fractured my hip and, after a week at Providence (St. Joe's) in Eureka, I went to Ukiah Post Acute for two weeks - it was a wonderful experience from the minute I got there. Everyone is so kind, the nurses, the CMAs, the cleaning crew - the dietician and the chef, the physical therapists - the social worker - everyone was so kind and all about healing. I never felt like I was burdening the staff, never had a request that wasn't honored. I'm home now managing really well with a walker because the physical therapists taught me everything I needed to know to be safe. I was very skeptical about going to Ukiah, and I didn't know why they were sending me so far away from Eureka, but I'm glad that's where I went because it was such a good experience, and also because Ukiah is a lot warmer than Eureka and more conducive to getting better. One thing I really liked was having a bed next to a window that opened - the fresh air was wonderful. They also have a beautiful garden/patio. It was very nice to be able to sit outside in the sun, surrounded by the beautiful trees and gardens.

If I could go somewhere else I Would, but I can’t. Not all bad, but my therapist Kristine is awfully distracted and I don’t think you should be on your phone while caring for me. Looked like a lot of personal things. Otherwise kind staff and ok clinic overall

My mother was in Ukiah Post Acute care for several weeks. The professionalism, compassion care and respect she received from ALL was outstanding! When she was able to go home she was in the best mental and physical state we have seen her in for more than a year. This was our first experience with a rehab facility and we were all very scared to face this part of life. Our family has been pleasantly surprised with this experience and highly recommend Ukiah Post Acute! Although she was so eager to come home she was sad to leave the staff and patients. Thank you from her entire family!
